Currently there are two IKEA stores in Korea. IKEA Dong-Busan Store is the fourth store to be constructed in Korea located in Dong-Busan Tourist Complex, also the first regional store to be launched away from the Seoul metropolitan area. With their quality furnishing products, IKEA anticipates high sales volumes by drawing customers in Busan and neighboring Gyeongnam regions. (there’s IKEA Giheung under construction, as the third one) Baum CM is confident that our proven capability and know-how in CM and CS services will lead the entire phase of initiating, planning, and project construction. Added to this, we will be responsible for architectural and interior design, bidding, construction management and quality control. The key to success in this IKEA project is to understand IKEA’s unique aspect of distribution and warehouse system and the way their distribution facilities operate, which ensures client satisfaction. Once IKEA Dong-Busan Store is completed, it will be one of the largest retailers along with neighboring Lotte Outlet in Dong-Busan Tourist Complex.</span></p>
